Blonder et al. 2012 @Wiley: including and analysing temporal dynamics of networks. The article contains a list of applicable methods, software, and specific R packages, as well as examples from ecology and evolutionary biology.

 

R packages developed:

timeordered - to analyze time-ordered network data, i.e. to incorporate information on when interactions happened into network analysis. Examples and description in Blonder & Dornhaus 2011 @ PLoS.

ABCTracker: we have been co-developing the ABCTracker software with Prof. Min Shin at UNCC.
